Use this guide to send the right details and understand what to confirm before arranging a tenancy.
Enquiries
When enquiring, include the listing reference, your name, contact details, number of occupants, preferred move-in date and whether you need a room, studio or whole property.
Occupancy and prices
Some rooms have different prices depending on whether one, two or three people will occupy the room. Whole properties show the group size allowed where recorded.
Bills and deposits
Check each advert for the bills position. If the listing says bills are not specified, ask us to confirm what is included, what is excluded and what deposit applies before proceeding.
Viewings and checks
Availability can change, so confirm the move-in date, viewing options, right-to-rent requirements and any tenancy conditions directly with Manfaat Lettings.
